Shipping policy

UK delivery

We offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £25. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat delivery fee at checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with standard UK delivery usually arriving within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

International delivery

We ship to a number of countries outside the UK. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and may vary by destination. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
